TCG completed façade and fit-out works for an international financial institution’s flagship branch at 664 Nathan Road, Mong Kok. Spanning 20,000 sq.ft., the project was delivered in 5 months under a traditional procurement model. Working closely with designers from 8 Inc. and Steven Leach, TCG executed premium finishes and modern upgrades that reflect the brand’s global standards while enhancing visibility and functionality at a key urban location.
