TCG was appointed as main contractor for the 28,288 sq.ft. office fit-out for Bloomberg L.P. at 22/F Citibank Tower, Central. Delivered within 3.5 months under a traditional contract, the project was designed by Neri & Hu and managed by Turner & Townsend. The fit-out featured high-spec finishes and integrated building services, creating a modern, collaborative workspace that reflects Bloomberg’s global design standards and operational requirements.
