TCG refurbished a six-storey building in Shau Kei Wan for Carmel and Kellett Schools, transforming the long-abandoned former St Mark’s School into a shared modern campus. Works included full window and service replacement, structural repairs, and gymnasium conversion. Despite drainage system failures and hidden wall damage, the team completed the project in just 16 weeks—meeting the academic deadline and turning a near-derelict site into a vibrant educational space.
