This fast-tracked renovation at Hong Kong’s Happy Valley Racecourse delivered a premium hospitality and amenities upgrade across the Pavilion Stand and Happy Valley Stand. The project included a full fit-out of the Racing Club restaurant, link bridge, and two floors of restrooms, all within a tight 6.5-month programme.
