TCG delivered the interior fit-out of JPMorgan’s new office spanning 270,000 sqft across 6.5 floors at The Quayside, Hong Kong. The scope included open-plan workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, a convertible town hall, and wellness spaces. Extensive MEP upgrades supported the integration of server rooms on each floor, including a critical MER room. The fit-out featured high-end finishes, acoustic partitions, Teknion furniture, and complex ceiling designs. Despite significant design revisions and a condensed 6-month timeline, the team met all phased milestones, delivering on time with precision. TCG’s adaptability and coordination with stakeholders ensured seamless execution of this flagship project.
