As a preview to the future Peninsula London, this 1,404 sq ft model room project replicated two full guest rooms and corridor details with exacting precision. Delivered by TCG under tight timelines, it involved seamless coordination across London, Hong Kong, and New York. With no margin for error and every fixture subject to executive-level trial runs, this was more than a mock-up—it was hospitality prototyping at its most exacting.
