In just two months, this 5,177 sq. ft. ground-floor transformation brought Little Creatures’ signature microbrewery experience to Hong Kong’s Kennedy Town waterfront. Designed by Charlie & Rose and managed by CBRE, the fit-out balanced industrial charm with laid-back hospitality. TCG delivered the project under a fast-paced programme, brewing up a space that feels equal parts neighbourhood local and global brand hangout—with enough tanks and taps to keep the pints flowing.
